Barcelona was one of the main claimants for becoming a finalist of European Championship. Still, this time the run of luck went against them. Barcelona appeared to be stronger in this match, but the only goal did not help them. Notwithstanding the fact that Barcelona defeated Inter, it needed one more goal for making their way to the final.
On April, 28-th, when the match was held, I was short of time. But it was important for me to know the results of the game and see it with my own eyes. I decided to put aside my college term paper and enjoy the play of my favourite football players. I looked forward to this match. I had a plenty of chips and other stuff in store but the game appeared to be so exciting that snacks remained untouched. During the game a friend of mine called me. She asked to help her with a research paper. I could not refuse her. Unfortunately, giving useful advice to my friend I missed the only goal of the game. It disappointed me, as I did not record the match. Next day I was looked for the match record on the web. I asked a couple of friends on Facebook, if they had the record. Fortunately, one of them had recorded the match and shared it with me. Though the goal was not very spectacular, I was happy to see this historical event with my own eyes.
